It is highly recommended that you keep the following items at work:

1. Enough drinking water for up to 3 days
2. Enough food supplies for up to 3 days
3. Medication dosage for 3 days
4. A pair of walking shoes, change of clothes, eye drops, extra contact lenses, sanitary products, flash light, batteries, emergency contact phone numbers, and other pertinent personal items.
