Site Assessment:

Currently, villagers have to walk 1-2 miles to access their water source, which may not even be clean.

Groundwater is technically feasible, financially unsustainable.

Proposed solution:
rainwater collection – inexpensive, low/no energy

Still a short-term solution, but part of a bigger picture
