Honduras - Coffee and Business (Ongoing)

Objective: The UCLA student group Global Business Brigades (GBB) is working with an impoverished community in Honduras whose primary industry is coffee-growing, in order to optimize their process to enable them to better support themselves. This project will involve design work to create a relatively cheap and durable coffee dryer (perhaps utilizing solar energy). This project will involve a lot of creativity!

Project Lead:  Rita Kamapalath
