Architectural Design Team - overall building design, integration, integrity

Mechanical Design Team - Plumbing, roofing, structural design

Electrical Design Team - Power (solar panels?), wiring, computer room

Fundraising and Communications - school costs, team travel costs, keeping communication and contact with country liaison, NGOs, media
