SEASnet, network printer form

This form is used to request SEASnet to add a printer to the SEASnet printserver.
Before you fill out the form, please read the followings:

The printer must be located in Boelter Hall, Engineering I, or Engineering IV buildings.
The printer must have a valid Hostname and IP address assigned by SEASnet.
The printer must first be connected to the network and must be pingable.
SEASnet will set a password on the printer and will configure the printer to accept jobs from the SEASnet printserver only.
If you want to restrict the printer so that only a group of users or only a group of computers may submit the jobs, please specify the requirements in the comments field.
If you want to allow certain computers to send jobs directly to the printer, please specify the requirements in the comments field.
SEASnet will manage the printqueue on the network printservers, but the printer maintenance is up to the owner of the printer.
