Connecting to SEASnet Terminal Server with Vista

1. Go to: Start > All Programs > Accessories > Remote Desktop Connection

2. In the dialog box, enter remote.seas.ucla.edu and then click Options:

 3. In the Advanced tab, choose the option to “Always connect, even if authentication fails”. Then, click “Connect”.

4. When ask to for credentials, ONLY enter your SEASnet username. DO NOT put in your password yet. Click “OK”.

5. After the connection is established with the remote server, input your SEASnet account password and choose “Log on to: SEASlab”. Click “OK”.
