Hi. My Research primarily focuses on fabrication of dislocation free strained Si. Currently, I am
trying to produce strained Si on insulator(ε-SOI) by utilizing stressor layers such as porous Si,
nitride, oxide, and metals. In addition, I am studying the mechanism of formation of Ge quantum
dots on partially relaxed SiGe buffer layers
