6/1999-- 9/1999    Summer internship in IBM, at T.J.Watson lab, working on robust speech recognition.
9/1997 -- now      Graduate Student Researcher in EE Dept. UCLA, studying robust speech recognition.
11/1995--1/1996    LAN manager. Building a LAN for speech lab of Institute of Acoustics for both PC and Workstation together, and connecting it with internet.
10/1995--2/1997    Joining in the cooperating project with Hewlett Packard's China Lab,  on speech coding and subjective speech quality measurement in CDMA channel.
7/1995-- 4/1997    Research Assistant in the Institute of Acoustic,  joining in the China national 85 project on speech recognition, programming.
9/1993--2/1994    Working in the Telecommunication Division, Legend  Group, writing C program for a user interface of telephone switching controller.
3/1993--10/1993    Working as an assistant in the EE Dept. of Tsinghua Univ.,  fabricating  and testing circuit on telephone switching.
6/1993--8/1993    Working in Guangzhou Telecommunication Equipment Company, writing C program for computer remote control via PSTN net.
