1. EE5C course reader is available from Course Reader Material,
1141 Westwood Blvd., Tel.: (310) 443-3303.
2. The syllabus and course outline is now online. You can also get the
postcript or FrameMaker3 version UNIX and vi guide.
3. For information on how to use the SEAS net facilities, read the web
page instructions carefully.
4. In the print-out of the first homework, please include the program
execution output for each program. Include all the possible cases
if there are different possible outputs.
5. For problem 2 of assignment 1, give the compiler error messages in
your print-out.
6. Read the homepage carefully for the SEASnet computing facilities and
the procedrues for copying files between PCs and a UNIX workstation.
Also read the procedure for printing out stuff on SEASnet.
7. Please form groups of two for homework submission. No homework submitted
individually will be graded.
