--Speech Recognition

The task on continuous speech recognition is a challenge. All over the world, people have spent more than 30 years on this task. But it seems that a practical system is nearer and nearer, although a lot of work is still needed.

It is a irony that I am studying speech recognition and perception, but now I can not understand English very well. Maybe I can learn something about perception from my own experience in improving my listening comprehension.
