Collaboration

Group members participate in a number of different research centers, including the Center for Translational Applcations of Nanoscale Multiferroic Systems (TANMS), Function Accelerated nanoMaterial Engineering (FAME), and the Office of Naval Research (ONR).

These centers embody the cooperation of researchers working towards one or more common goals. Please click the links below if you would like to learn more about these organizations.

TANMS

TANMS works to engineer a revolution in miniature electromagnetic electronics through development of a new class of nanoscale.

IMPACT+

The IMPACT+ research team, with its strengths spanning patterning, algorithms, modeling, and design automation, plans to address future semiconductor technology challenges via simulation based process development and exploration of device and interface behavior.

ONR

ONR manages and funds basic and applied science and advanced technology development through the use of grants and contracts with an array of partners in academia, industry, and government in the United States and around the world.

SRC

The SRC Engineering Research Center for Environmentally Benign Semiconductor Manufacturing (ERC) strives to improve performance, reduce cost, and lower the environmental impact of semiconductor manufacturing while promoting sustainable design princriples.

FAME

The mission of FAME (Function Accelerated nanoMaterial Engineering) is to create and investigate new nonconventional atomic scale engineered materials and structures of multi-function oxides, metals and semiconductors to accelerate innovations in analog, logic and memory devices for revolutionary impact on the semiconductor and defense industries.
